The Pill Identifier - Pillence app provides AI-powered identification services for pills, tablets, and capsules from imprint and appearance. Our service analyzes photographs to identify and provide information about the items you photograph.
Important Disclaimer: While we strive for accuracy, our AI identification service is for educational and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of identifications, valuations, or authenticity assessments. This app does not provide medical advice. Never take, skip, or change a medication based solely on an app identification. Always confirm the identity of any medication with a licensed pharmacist or physician before use.
The Pill Identifier - Pillence app is currently free to download and use, and does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions.
To ensure a high-quality experience for all users, fair usage policies may apply and rate limits may be implemented if usage significantly exceeds typical patterns. These limits are designed to be generous and should not impact regular usage.
We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features in the future. If we do, current purchase options, prices, and renewal terms will be displayed in the app before purchase, and these Terms will be updated accordingly.
We reserve the right to limit the number of identification requests for free users and may change or terminate our services at any time. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to photograph and analyze any items they submit for identification.
You retain all ownership rights in the photographs you submit to the app. By submitting a photograph, you grant Picture Vision Studio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for example, to crop, resize, or anonymize), and display that photograph for the purposes of: (a) operating and providing the identification service; (b) improving and training our identification models; and (c) displaying selected photographs in anonymized form as identification examples on our websites and in our marketing materials, subject to the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any photograph you submit and that it does not infringe the intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights of any third party. You may request the removal of any photograph published as an identification example at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

Accordingly, we have developed the Privacy Policy in order for you to understand how we process, use and store information including personal data and photographs. Access to the Pill Identifier - Pillence app and use of the Services is subject to the Privacy Policy. By accessing the app and by continuing to use the Services, you are deemed to have accepted the Privacy Policy, and in particular, you are deemed to have acknowledged the ways we process your information as well as appropriate legal grounds for processing described in the Privacy Policy.
